2.7 Applicable law

Printree is a company registered in England. As such, English law shall govern each transaction, including (without limitation) all contractual and other relationships, which arise as a result of such sales. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising out of any sale. If any of these terms contained herewith should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining site terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

2.8 Making a contract with us

To register for Printree services, you must be over the age of 18 years and be legally able to enter into contracts for goods and services that you may buy here. We request that you agree to register for Printree sales using your correct name, address and any other requested details. You may be asked to enter credit, debit or charge card details. You must ensure that (i) you are fully entitled to use that card at the time when you provide those details to Printree, and when you use the card, and (ii) the card has available funds to cover all charges incurred on it in the course of buying from us. If any of the information you enter becomes incorrect or is superseded, then please notify us with the corrected information immediately.

2.9 Misuse of our site

Printree reserves the right to suspend or terminate any customer's account which, is, or appears in our absolute discretion, to be, in breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement.

2.10 When will you be charged?

Your credit or debit card will be charged immediately when your order is placed.

2.11 Tax & Duties

VAT is charged on all goods and services where applicable. Customers are automatically responsible for the payment on all applicable duties for deliveries outside the European Union.

2.12 Corrections

Descriptions of goods and services included in the Pre vested in Printree or our partners

Printree shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if caused by matters beyond our reasonable control.

2.17 Changes to this Agreement

Printree reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement from time-to-time, and to post a revised or new version on the website. The new version will take effect from the day of posting on the site. The range of images together with information on price, finishes, delivery costs and exchange rates etc are also subject to change without prior notice.
